Tired of stuffy gyms or working out alone? Want to get in shape or lose weight but need support and encouragement from others with similar goals? Looking for innovative programs and the expertise of a certified fitness professional? You’ll get all this and more at Fit To Be’s Boot Camp. We are a team. We are supportive. You’ll have fun, but make no mistake… you will work hard!

Boot Camp Info

What: Cardiovascular work strength training, body weight exercises, resistance exercise, games, FUN!

Where: Boot camps in Attleboro, Bellingham, North Attleboro, Norton, Plainville, Seekonk, and surrounding areas. Or contact us to discuss a boot camp near you.

When: Outside spring, summer, fall. Held rain or shine. Boot camps are convenient for the working professional, offering flexible days and times.They can even be held indoors in winter.

Who: All levels welcome. First class FREE for new recruits, or $15 drop-in fee.

You will need: Water, 1 pair of dumbbells, good sneakers, proper workout attire, towel/mat, and a “can do” attitude!
