Fit To Be offers health and fitness packages that are right for you! If you don't see what you're looking for... tell us! We want to work with you to create a program that will work the best for you, and we understand that everyone has different needs.
Fit To Be offers all sorts of personal training options, from one-on-one personal training to partner and group training. Workouts will never be the same. We'll keep changing it up to keep your body guessing, and more importantly, making progress! Personal training workouts are designed specifically for you, based on your own personal goals and current fitness level. Training sessions may take place in our studio, in your home, or outside.
We also offer outdoor bootcamps as an excellent alternative to personal training, at a fraction of the cost. Boot camp recruits work together as a team in a very supportive environment, encouraging each other to push through... but don't be confused... it's no walk in the park! All activities and exercises can be adjusted to accommodate all fitness levels.

Stability Ball Fit
In this class, we’ll use a stability ball for the entire workout. The class will work your entire body, however your core gets a little extra love since the stability ball provides the added element of instability. Participants are required to bring a set of dumbbells. If you’re looking for a new and fun way to workout, this class may be just what you’re looking for!
Circuit Training
This class is designed to keep your heart rate up by moving from station to station rapidly. This is a total body workout in which you can expect to complete the circuit a few times in each class. Looking to sweat, burn, and sweat some more? If so, this is your class!
Boot Camp Classes
Boot camp means you never know what you’re going to get! One day might be a strength training workout, the next might be circuit training, the next might be mostly cardio, another class might be focused on drills and games. Who knows… maybe we’ll even head outside sometimes! We’ll change things up and keep it interesting!
Strength Training
This class will focus on just that… strength training! Looking to gain strength, build muscle, or tone up? Then this class is for you! Participants are required to bring a set of dumbbells.
These classes can be held in various locations, and are also available as small group training in our private North Attleboro studio.
