What is a Home Program Design?
After plenty of correspondence, you will get a full program, professionally designed specifically for you and your goals. It will break down your workouts for each day of the week, what the exercises are, what order to do them in, descriptions, special cues, etc. Everything is custom designed for you to reach your specific goals, and it is completely laid out for you.
How Does Home Program Design Work?
Once we figure out that Home Program Design is the best option for you, you complete a thorough questionnaire about your goals, your exercise habits, likes and dislikes, medical conditions, equipment and time available, and other specific questions that will help me design the perfect program for you. Once the program is prepared, we meet for a personal training session in which I review the program with you and teach you proper form for all of the exercises. By the time you leave, you’ll have a full workout program, designed specifically to fit your schedule and your goals, and you’ll feel perfectly comfortable with how to do it on your own!
