Often, clients want to review their food logs, discuss possible changes or improvements to their diet, ask questions, etc. We can use one of your Personal Training sessions for a nutrition consultation. Some people prefer to discuss nutrition for half an hour, then work out for half an hour. But we are flexible and can customize the right plan for you!
