Let’s Talk Nutrition!

Often, clients want to review their food logs, discuss possible changes or improvements to their diet, ask questions, etc. We can use one of your Personal Training sessions for a nutrition consultation. Some people prefer to discuss nutrition for half an hour, then work out for half an hour. But we are flexible and can customize the right plan for you!

“I always thought I was too old to build muscle, and the flab was only going to get worse, until Kristen told me you’re never too old to build muscle- and she was right! I’ve lost almost all of my flab and have nice muscle definition now. I’m a lot stronger and look and feel so much better!”
