Fitness Boot Camp

Boot camp is a varied workout that includes resistance and bodyweight training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio. It is appropriate for all fitness levels as everything is modifiable. The constantly changing style of workout will help ensure you never get bored.

Personal Training

With one-on-one personal training, everything is 100% about YOU and typically takes place in our private studio! We discuss your goals, your exercise history, past and present injuries or medical conditions, what you like and dislike about exercise, and we tailor a specific plan to help you achieve your goals in a safe and fun manner!

Superfood Shake

Could you use a quick & easy healthfood shake with 72 all natural ingredients that provide you with the nutrients your body craves? Would you like to simplify your breakfast, lunch, or snack? Or do you simply need to get more fruits & veggies into your diet? This is the easiest, cleanest, most delicious way to achieve these!

OCR Fit

OCR Fit is appropriate for both seasoned OCR athletes as well as those that are interested in trying out their first obstacle course race. This class includes obstacle instruction while also getting in a great compromised workout, preparing you for all the demands you’ll meet on the course. This is small group training held outdoors in N. Attleboro.

Online Training/ At Home

This is for those who may not be comfortable at a gym, aren’t sure what to do there, don’t have the time to get there, or who like the privacy of working out at home. I partner with BODi to give you access to thousands of on-demand workouts, where we’ll choose the programs that best fit your needs and I’ll hold you accountable along the way!
